About Tennesse Homes Construction

Since 2006, Matt Neal has built a well-earned reputation for uncompromising quality home construction. We offer a number of plans to homebuyers and homeowners; building your already-designed house plans; adding interior design touches in the unique Tennessee Homes Construction style; offering complete turnkey spec homes for purchase; and design-build services that imagine your very own custom home from already pre-designed plans.

Tennessee Homes Construction Company is owned and operated by Matt Neal. Matt’s love for construction started at just 15 when he started working for local builders in his hometown in Indiana. He worked on evenings and weekends until college when he got his degree in Construction Management.

After he graduated he immediately got to work and started his own business at 20 years old framing housing in Indianapolis, IN. He soon after became a licensed contractor.

After moving to Tennessee Matt started working for some large companies in Knoxville where he obtained experience and knowledge in developing entire subdivisions. From designing the plans all the way through seeing a build through to the final inspection, Matt has seen it all.

Tennessee Home Construction currently offers new custom home building in Knoxville, TN and Greeneville, TN as well as surrounding areas.
